Upon booking your initial consultation, we will obtain appropriate lab work then schedule an appointment with one of our providers who will then review your lab results and create a personalized treatment plan. Treatments may consist of Bio-identical pellet therapy, hormonal injections, topical hormonal replacement in the form of patches or creams, tablets, and vaginal suppositories.

Pellet Therapy with Evexipel

Evexipel offers superior pellet therapy with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy of testosterone and estrogen pellets. Pellets are a quick procedure done with local anesthesia (small injection of lidocaine) and last 3-4 months for women, 4-5 months for males. These superior pellets are produced in such a way to allow a slow steady release of hormones resulting in stable levels without large peaks and troughs. This allows better stabilization of symptoms and effects. Prices are $350 for women, $700 for men.

We offer injectable therapy once or twice weekly of testosterone and estrogen when appropriate.

Transdermal and Oral Hormone Therapy

Bio-identical estradiol patches and oral progesterone therapies are available when pellets are not preferred. Transdermal estradiol greatly reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack previously associated with hormonal therapy by bypassing the liver metabolism. Likewise, in using bio-identical progesterone, rather than synthetic progestin, risk of breast cancer is significantly reduced.
